At Deliveroo.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you fresh, accurate, and on time. However, in case of any issues, we offer a fair refund and return policy as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong item(s).
  • Your order was not delivered.
  • You received a damaged or spoiled product.
  • You cancelled your order within the allowed time frame.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • You were unavailable to receive the order.
  • The product was consumed or tampered with after delivery.
  • You changed your mind after placing a confirmed order.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your order delivery with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Photo evidence (in case of wrong or damaged items)

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer a credit voucher or bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement, provided it hasn't been prepared or dispatched. Once the order is confirmed by the restaurant or delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Vendor-Specific Policies

Some vendors on our platform may have their own refund or cancellation terms. In such cases, their policies will apply in addition to Deliveroo.pk’s general policy.
